LEARN (Labor, Education, Action, and Referral Network) is designed to assist individuals and their families survive through periods of unemployment by helping navigate the complex systems of support programs, resources, and services available.

HRDI in collaboration with the MICHIGAN AFL-CIO, United Way Labor Liaisons, Working America, Central Labor Councils and UAW CAP Councils are all dedicated to this effort for all laid off, unemployed and dislocated workers.
