Welcome Doug Withey .           Doug has been hired as a Business Agent for Teamsters Local 580. .

Doug Withey has been assigned Business Agent duties for Teamsters Local 580 and took over the position on January 15.  Doug got right to work - during his first week, he attended State Panel hearings and had grievance hearings scheduled for his second week (week ending. January 27).  Doug has been employed by UPS since 1989.  He started on the AM shift as a part-time employee and has been full-time since 1999.  Doug was a steward on the AM shift for many of those years and has been a participant in DRIVE and contract committees.  He will be responsible for union business with UPS, Clinton County Credit Union, various freight companies, and teamster school employees, among others.  Doug is married and has two children.
